Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for privacy or hygiene, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund is granted:
Books with clear signs of use
Open CDS, DVDS, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own.
Any goods returned more than 30 days after delivery

Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund can be made.

How do I know if my refund has been processed?
Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed once received back to the warehouse.
Once your return has been received, we may contact you to about the refund or exchange that has been requested. Please be sure to factor in the shipment time for your return back to
us. When your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
If more than 15 days have gone by and you believe a refund should have been processed yet you have not received your notification,please contact us.
